Who knew? Solomon’s Seal (pic below) this beautiful plant was a gift and I never knew the species until this year taking gardening serious I thought to search and this is the layman name for this plant which of course has medicinal use.

Helps connective tissues heal- ex: strained ankle/ joints or pulled muscles carpel tunnel and arthritic pains applied topical helps decrease inflammation . Promotes wound healing, bruises and even helps hemorrhoids.
Taken internally can help with respiratory issues such as sore throats, dry coughs, bronchial congestion and some chest pains.
