It's another Mindful Monday. My reading and reflection from the Book of Judges 7:1-3Then Jerubbaal, who is Gideon, and all the people that were with him, rose up early, and pitched beside the well of Harod: so that the host of the Midianites were on the north side of them, by the hill of Moreh, in the valley. 2 And the Lord said unto Gideon, The people that are with thee are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hands, lest Israel vaunt themselves against me, saying, Mine own hand hath saved me.
So, what is the lesson here? For me, not only do I not get in front of Yah, ensure all praises go up to HIM. Also, when things seem dim, it just might be the God of Israel preparing to flex. To demonstrate His might and that you are HIS. Remember it is not by our might but HIS MIGHT. So, stand always in HIM, believing in HIM not ourselves. DO not make yourself or any flesh your "god". What did you grasp from this chapter and verse? Please share below.
