How to moisturize your twists when dry? This is something you can do every 2-3 days.

1. Spray your hair (starting roots to ends)🌊
- this helps with a dry itchy scalp
- strengthens the ends, preventing breakage
[water , water mixed w/ leave in, aloe vera juice, JBCO spray AS I AM, etc]

2. Apply leave in conditioner of choice (good moisturizer!)
- rub it in your hands and apply to twists
- allow it to soak into your ends
[your hair will be revived & moisturized!]

3. Apply oil of choice to your scalp or grease/balm, massage that in for a while
- oil will seal in the moisture, so also rub some on your twists
- use a heavier type oil on your ends (sealing oils)
[I prefer Jamaican black castor oil extra dark or anything with grapeseed oil..then I apply a tiny bit of grease]💛

This easy routine will help you grow out your hair and retain its length. Our hair is like a plant and needs the extra care. Bad ends or "dead branches" get cut off/pruned. I was never moisturizing my twists and it makes sense why my ends were "see through." I had to keep cutting them off. Our bonnets and scarves can create unwanted friction when we are sleeping at night. So adding a layer of protection on your hair will help fight this! The goal is to keep every inch of hair that is growing out.

P.S. not only twists...but this can be applied to any protective style or just wearing your hair out during the week. Keep it moisturized!

Praise YAH, hope this was helpful! Shalom & much love-Yahleah🌸🦋
