Shalom family here is all about my business in Health and Fitness. I want to inject our community with the renewed health that we deserve so we can break free of diseases that cause pre-mature deaths. Diabetes, Cancers and Obesity are all controllable and avoidable conditions with the right nutrition and exercise program.
Our problem is that we live in a sedentary environment meaning we lack movement and we are fed junk food and consume way more food than we need. Oily and greasy foods with high sugars and high salts are the killers in our community but the time has come for us to allow our body to truly become a temple both physically and spiritually.
I am Coach Luka and I am the CEO and Founder of KKAN Motivate. I am based in France/Switzerland but have connections to Los Angeles, California, Australia, England, Jamaica and Nigeria. I provide online personal training services to the scattered and also do in-person training to the locals.
I created KKAN Motivate because I myself have been a Soccer Athlete for over 20 years and have played professionally in various countries across Europe - Spain , Germany , France , England and also Australia. My experience as an athlete has transpired into a passion for health and fitness - Now I want to bring all these attributes the lives of fellow Israelites and those attached to Israel also.
