I used to think detangling tools were a waste of time and money for my 4C hair. I also thought they could lead to more breakage at the ends. However, there is a step process. You must know how to correctly detangle your hair. Here is what I found works best for me!

1. Spray a section of your hair, apply product that has slip (leave in conditioner, pre poo, or detangling lotion)

FINGER DETANGLING is the best thing you can do. 💕 You are able to get those single stranded knots out.

2. Go in with a WIDE tooth comb , then tangle teezer (or tool of choice)
- never do BIG sections of hair! if you have thick 4C or tight coils...Small-medium

[We all have different hair textures..my hair is looser in the back so I can do bigger sections]

3. Twist that section away, and move to the next 💛. Make sure you detangle at the roots as well. We tend to miss this part and thats where your shed hair is trapped. If you skip combing there, then hair will get tangled in the shower..knots form at the ends. Then as you comb it out, you break off the length of your hair. Also it prevents hair from growing. This may be why you think your hair is "stuck" at a certain length.

---Feel free to take breaks in between of after you finish. Detangling hair can take up to 1-2 hours for me.----

It's an intense one so I've given it the title "HIDE" I was led to the following scripture when I was creating it:

They will hide in caves in the rocky hills or dig holes in the ground to try to escape from the Lord's anger and to hide from his power and glory!
11 A day is coming when human pride will be ended and human arrogance destroyed. Then the Adoni alone will be exalted.
12 On that day the Yahuah Almighty will humble everyone who is powerful, everyone who is proud and conceited.
13 He will destroy the tall cedars of Lebanon and all the oaks in the land of Bashan.
14 He will level the high mountains and hills,
15 every high tower, and the walls of every fortress.
16 He will sink even the largest and most beautiful ships.
17 Human pride will be ended, and human arrogance will be destroyed. Idols will completely disappear, and the Adoni alone will be exalted on that day.
19 People will hide in caves in the rocky hills or dig holes in the ground to try to escape from the Yahuah's anger and to hide from his power and glory when he comes to shake the earth.
20 When that day comes, they will throw away the gold and silver idols they have made, and abandon them to the moles and the bats.
21 When Yahuah comes to shake the earth, people will hide in holes and caves in the rocky hills to try to escape from his anger and to hide from his power and glory.
22 Put no more confidence in mortals. What are they worth?

Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.
Celebrate the Sabbath. Take a day of rest with Yah and don't work anybody including your family members. Yah's Feasts are Sabbath so they include too. A time of cleansing.
* Sabbath and seven is connected so you know what day to celebrate it.
